We built GrowGodzilla to work on your behalf, which means you trust us with access to your product and accounts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you keep.

1. Who we are

GrowGodzilla is operated by TMRW MADE LTD ("GrowGodzilla", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17275374, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We operate the website at https://growgodzilla.com and the GrowGodzilla service.

TMRW MADE LTD is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 (and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR). For any privacy question, contact us at support@growgodzilla.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

  • Account and signup details: email address, product website, goals and plan choice.
  • Messages you send through our contact form, including any files you attach.
  • Billing information, which is handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

Information from services you connect

When you connect services such as your website, GitHub, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, social accounts or AI providers, we access only the data and permissions needed for the features you turn on, for example site performance data, repository files you authorise, and the ability to draft or publish content within the permissions you set.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited.
  • Usage data about how you use the product, used to keep it secure and improve it.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and improve GrowGodzilla, including running the actions you authorise.
  • To respond to your messages and provide support.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To send service messages such as security notices and account updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your content, connected data or API keys to train AI models.

4. Legal bases (UK and EEA users)

We process personal data on the basis of contract (to deliver the service you requested), legitimate interests (security, product improvement and communication about the service), consent (where required, for example optional cookies) and legal obligation.

5. Your AI keys (BYOK)

If you connect your own API keys to AI providers, we store them encrypted, use them only to run the tasks you authorise, and you can revoke or delete them at any time. Content you send to an AI provider through your key is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing

We share data only with:

  • Service providers that help us run the product (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics), under confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Third-party platforms and AI providers you choose to connect, to carry out the actions you request.
  • Authorities, when legally required, or to protect rights, safety and security.
  • A successor, in the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the United Kingdom and the EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact-form messages are kept while we resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest for credentials, least-privilege access to connected services, and audit logging of automated actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong, unique passwords and grant only the permissions you need.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@growgodzilla.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

12. Children

GrowGodzilla is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or in the product. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
