Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and GrowGodzilla. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Please read them, especially the sections on automation, your responsibilities and refunds.
1. Who we are
GrowGodzilla is operated by TMRW MADE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17275374, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we", "us" and "GrowGodzilla" mean TMRW MADE LTD. Contact: support@growgodzilla.com.
2. The service
GrowGodzilla is a software service that helps you grow a product by analysing your website and market, creating and distributing content, suggesting and applying SEO changes, monitoring competitors and reporting results ("the Service"). Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
4. Automation and permissions
The Service can act on your behalf across connected accounts, repositories and platforms, but only within the permissions and approval modes you choose. You control what is connected and what may run automatically.
- You are responsible for the content published from your accounts, whether you approved it manually or allowed automatic publishing.
- You must have the rights and authority to connect each account and to publish the resulting content.
- Third-party platforms (such as X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, Google and GitHub) have their own rules. You are responsible for complying with them. Higher intensity settings increase activity levels and may carry more platform risk.
- We do not guarantee that a platform will not restrict or suspend an account.
5. Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of the materials you provide and, as between you and us, the content generated for you through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit your materials solely to provide the Service. AI-generated output can be inaccurate or similar to other outputs. You must review it as appropriate before relying on or publishing it.
6. Bring your own keys (BYOK)
If you connect your own AI provider keys, you are responsible for those accounts, their costs and their terms. We are not responsible for charges made by third-party providers.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Publish spam, deceptive, harassing, hateful or misleading content, or impersonate others.
- Evade or abuse platform limits, or run coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Generate or distribute malware or content that sexually exploits minors.
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Plans, billing and renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the plan will continue to the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
9. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the paid period. We do not offer a general money-back guarantee, but if we made a billing error or something went wrong on our side, contact us and we will put it right. Details are in our Cancellations & Refunds policy. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including hosting, payment, AI and social platforms). We are not responsible for their availability, changes or actions.
11. No guarantee of results
Growth depends on many factors we do not control, including your product, market, competition and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, follower, user or revenue outcome.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, non-payment or legal reasons. On termination your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowGodzilla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including consumers' statutory rights.
16. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
18. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom, or the country, where you live, and you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of that place.
